Where's the Beef?
Murcielago Farms is located near Charlottesville, Virginia, on one of the most prestigious estates in Albemarle County, Mount Pleasant Estate. This exclusive Black Angus operation humanely raises top of the line all natural beef without steroids or growth hormones. The gift consists of 300 pounds of top quality beef, 1/3 choice steak cuts, etc., 1/3 roasts cuts and 1/3 ground beef. The option to specify the order is up to the individual. Beef can either be grass-fed creating a leaner cut or custom grass-fed with a grain finish providing better marbling and tenderness to the cuts. The processing plant cuts the beef to your order, vacuum seals or paper wraps each cut according to your preference. Murcielago will be happy to store the beef for up to 6 months. All of the cuts can be kept safely frozen for the next 12 months.
